Much of the work will feel like a gentle stretch or pressure. In areas of fascial restriction, you may feel soreness, but we will work together to adjust pressure if the stretch is too intense. Bodywork is most effective when your body is not resisting.
One session may alleviate some of your symptoms but to get to the source and create lasting relief will take time. Healing is not linear. How long have you been in pain? You may have just started feeling pain but the fascial restriction onset has been building for a long time. Just as you one visit to the gym won't create the results you desire, care for fascial release takes time as well. We want to address the whole body and get to the source of your fascial restrictions.
No, we do not accept insurance. We do accept Flex payment.
However, we can provide a receipt and documentation of services provided if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Please wear loose shorts and a sports bra/loose tank top (if applicable) for your treatment. Please do NOT wear oils, lotions, or scented products.
Your 70-minute appointment includes 60 minutes of MFR treatment plus 10 minutes outside of this to discuss your goals, how you are feeling, answer questions, etc. You don’t have to worry that time spent talking is cutting into your treatment, or if you are a minute or two late.
Weekly treatments are the most effective to help you meet your goals. You can also schedule appointments twice a week if you would like to reach your goals faster!

You will receive a health form via email after you schedule your appointment.
Come regularly (at least once a week) until you reach the top of the pain pyramid. Then spread out your sessions to prevent and maintain your wellness.
