Refrain from applying creams and oils the day of the session.
We start with a movement and structural assessment. We will use Cross hand release, soft traction, and sustained holds to create lasting change in the body. Tools will be used for structural realignment when needed. Each movement will last approximately 3-5 min (sometimes longer) softening the fascia to release in multiple areas of the body. Results include sustained tension, pain relief, improved mobility, structural realignment, and often emotions are released in the process.

When you come in with goals you want to work on, I want you to get the most out of your time. I may suggest 1x per week or 3x per week. More sessions closer together will get you quicker and more effective results. The 6 session package is meant to help us work together. You can book sessions out to make sure you get the help you need while saving money.
