Wear loose fitting gym shorts and sports bra/loose tank top (if applicable).
Refrain from applying creams and oils the day of the session.
We will do a movement and structural assessment. We will use Cross hand release, soft traction, and sustained holds to create lasting change in the body. Tools will be used for structural realignment when needed. Each movement will last approximately 3-5 min (sometimes longer) softening the fascia to release in multiple areas of the body. Results include sustained tension, pain relief, improved mobility, structural realignment, and often emotions are released in the process. No gratuity needed.
